Our initial family consultation is free and we will explain the legal costs likely to be incurred. We are committed not to incur costs to our client without their knowledge and agreement (ie. no hidden or unexpected costs).

Our client agreements are developed using the Queensland Law Society Cost Guide to ensure compliance and we offer time to explain the documents to you before you enter into an agreement with us.

We offer a number of payment options to suit your circumstances and depending on the type of matter. These include:

• Fixed fee;
• Hourly rate;
• Payment instalments; and
• Deferred payment on property settlement.

For a limited time we are offering a Standard Will & EPA for $198 per person
